24-Hour Parts Delivery
We can provide next-day shipping of orders for most routine parts and expendables received before 3:30 p.m. ET. Call our Order Entry Department at (781) 891-6522 to order.

We offer a wide range of extended warranties and service contracts designed to meet your specific needs. Request our Maintenance Agreement for details.

Computerized Tracking System
Some services are automatic and free of charge—like our customer tracking system. We keep your company and equipment information on file to help when you call for any reason: parts, repairs, or troubleshooting.
Applications Support
Technical support for customers interested in specialized applications is also available. When purchased as an option, a support chemist provides specific applications training on-site. System Support and Training
All instruments receive performance verification with installation. Training is available, as a purchase option, in instrument familiarization and operation, maintenance, and minor repairs. An operator’s manual is included with all instrument shipments. Call for information on additional training.
Leasing
FMS offers a number of ways to help you get the equipment you need, for as long as you need it. If a capital equipment purchase is not in your plans, you can lease or rent any product we carry. Renting is an ideal solution for short-term projects, or choose our rent-to-own or lease plans if you want to keep your option to buy.
